Customer Charter
We pride ourselves on our customer service and technical proficiency, therefore our testing is underpinned by the following promises:
- Testing is conducted within a maximum of 10 working days from the request (unless the client requests a later date).
- Air Test certificates are issued within 1 working day of completing the testing. Sound Test Certificates are issued within 2 working days of completing the testing.
- Testing conducted by a suitably accredited/registered test engineer in full compliance with the appropriate Standards and/or Building Regulations.
- If the tested building/unit doesn’t achieve the required air tightness result, all reasonable efforts will be made to advise on the underlying issues.
- Our staff will be punctual, professional and courteous at all times.
- Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures will be fully complied with at all times.
- Failure to adhere to the above commitments will mean that any test visits affected will not be charged for.
