We pride ourselves on offering competitively priced services. If you find a cheaper quote for the same services from a competitor, we will beat it.

We won’t be beaten on price!

Projects are quoted on an individual basis but the following is designed to indicate typical prices:

single house – from £200, depending upon location and size
multiple dwellings on the same visit – £40-60 per test, depending upon the type of plot and number of tests per visit (this is based on a minimum number of tests per visit, typically 5 or 6 tests)
small, commercial building (e.g. an industrial unit with a footprint of 500m2) – £400-£500 (we may be able to test multiple units on the same visit which would further reduce the costs)
larger, more complex, commercial based on £650-850 per engineer per day
